The principals of Sands & Moskowitz, P.A. are both former federal prosecutors. Many of the cases our firm represents involve sophisticated issues. We focus our practice on complex white-collar, criminal tax, fraud and business related offenses. However, no criminal case is too big or too small. For the most part, our clients have found themselves immersed in problems that required business or financial solutions.
